죽산 박형룡의 죄의 전가에 대한 이해 고찰

성경은 인간의 죄성에 대해서 명시적으로 말해 주면서, 죄와 복음의 관계성에 대해서 여러 가지로 밝혀준다. 현대에는 죄를 죄로 여기지 아니하고, 다른 관점에서 설명하고자 하는 심리적, 사회적, 병리학적 시도들이 범람하고 있다. 더욱이 복음주의 신학 안에도 유신 진화론이 우세해짐에 따라 아담의 죄의 전가에 관한 주장이 약화되고, 원조상 없는 죄의 기원과 죄의 보편성에 대한 설명이 제시되고 있다. 이와 같은 상황을 염두에 두고 본고에서는 정통 기독교 죄론의 주요 요소 중 하나인 죄의 전가 문제를 고찰하되, 한국장로교 신학의 정초자 중 한 명인 죽산 박형룡의 입장을 논구해 보았다. II 절에서는 박형룡의 죄론의 구조에 대해서 간단하게 살펴보았다. 그의 죄론의 구조를 살펴볼 때, 벌코프와 바빙크의 영향을 크게 받고 있음을 알 수가 있다. III 절에서는 죽산이 개진한 죄의 전가론을 그의 논의 순서대로 개관해 보았다. 죽산은 먼저 인류의 일반적 타락상과 죄의 보편성에 대해서 논의한 후에 죄의 전가 문제를 다루었다. 죄의 전가에 대해서 다루면서 죽산은 먼저 성경적인 근거를 제시하고, 관련된 여러 이론들(실재론과 언약론, 간접적 전가와 직접적 전가)을 정리하여 소개해 주었다. 이러한 과정을 통해 죽산의 입장은 언약적 대표이론과 직접적 전가론을 취하고 있음이 드러난다. 우리는 이러한 논구를 통해 박형룡의 정통 개혁주의 입장을 확인할 뿐 아니라, 복음의 전제로서 죄 문제를 어떻게 생각해야 할지에 대한 도전을 받을 수가 있다.
Abstract
As we might know, the Bible explicitly speaks about the sinfulness of man and reveals the relationship between sin and the gospel in various ways. In contemporary times, however, there is an abundance of psychological, social, and pathological attempts to explain sin from a different point of view rather than considering it as a sin. Moreover, as theistic evolution theory prevails in evangelical theology, the claim to the imputation of Adam's sin is weakened, and explanations for the origin of sin and the universality of sin are suggested. With such a situation in mind, in this paper we examines the problem of the imputation of sin, one of the main elements of orthodox Christian sin theory, and discusses the position of Park Hyung-Nong, one of the founders of Korean Presbyterian theology. In Section II, the structure of the theory of sin were briefly reviewed. Through this background study, we can see that Park was a theologian who properly digested the theology of the American Presbyterian Church and introduced Bavinck's Dutch Calvinism to the early Korean church and that the structure of his sin theory is also greatly influenced by Berkhof and Bavinck. In Section III, Park Hyung-Nong's theory of imputation of sin is reviewed in the order of his discussion. After discussing the general nature of mankind's fall and the universality of sin, Park dealt with the issue of the imputation of sin. In dealing with the imputation of sin, Park first presented the biblical basis and organized and introduced several related theories (realistic theory and federalistic theory, mediatie imputation, immediate imputation). Through this research process, it is revealed that Park's position is taking the federalistic theory and immediate imputation theory. Through this examination, we can not only confirm Park Hyung-Nong's orthodox Reformed position on the imputation of Adam's sin but also be challenged about how to think about sin as the presupposition for the gospel.
