본 연구는 공급체인상의 물리적 흐름의 최적화를 위한 정보흐름의 최적화수준이 공급체인관리성과와 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 또한 협력업체 및 고객과의 협업은 정보품질수준이 공급체인관리성과에 미치는 영향을 조절한다는 것을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 정보흐름의 최적화수준 즉, 정보품질의 수준은 공급체인관리 및 기업성과에 의미있는 영향을 미치며 또한 협업은 정보품질수준이 공급체인관리성과에 미치는 영향이 의미있게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 기업이 공급체인관리성과와 기업성과를 높이기 위해서는 정보의 내재적 가치인 정보품질뿐만 아니라 협업을 통한 정보의 활용과정상의 효율성을 높여야 한다는 것을 말해주고 있다.
Abstract
This study conducted for identify which information quality influenced to SCM performance and cooperate performence and test which collaboration intermediate between information quality and SCM performance. According to this study, showed information quality influenced to SCM performence and cooperate performence and collaboration intermediated between information quality and SCM performance.
