교육 및 실행기간의 품질성과에의 영향력에 대한 도구와 기법 활용의 조절효과에 관한 연구

경쟁우위 확보를 위한 필수활동으로 인식된 품질경영은 왕성한 전개가 이루어지고 있으며, 특히 교육 활동은 핵심 강화활동으로 실행되고 있으나 실무와의 불일치에 대한 우려가 상존한다. 본 연구는 품질경영 실시 기간과 도구 및 기법의 교육이 품질수준에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 교육 활동 실시 기간이 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 도구 및 기법이 이러한 인과관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보기 위함인데, 실시 기간은 영향력을 미치지 못하며 교육과 훈련은 직접 관계를 보였다. 아울러 도구 및 기법의 유의한 조절효과가 파악되어 내실있는 교육 및 실무에서 활용도 제고를 위한 노력의 중요성이 제시되었다.
Abstract
Quality management has been hampered by the lack of a definite verification about quality training effectiveness. The primary purposes of this study were to verify the relationships among quality management traing, execution duration and quality performance. Through testing the linear regression and Fisher Z-test, which was developed based on a comprehensive literature review, these purpose were accomplished. The findings as a whole suggest that a positive relationship exists between quality training and quality performance. But execution duration hasn't an effect on quality performance. And a moderating effect of quality tools and techniques was investigated. In other words, the level of quality training and education effectiveness is moderated by the level of tools and techniques application on the floor.
