초록

본 연구의 목적은 기업의 공급체인협력의 중요성에 대한 인지에 대하여 고찰하고, 이러한 인지가 공급체인 상의 협력을 전략적, 운영적 측면에서 실행하는데 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검토하며, 공급체인 협력의 중요성에 대한 인지와 공급체인 상의 협력의 실행이 기업의 물류 효율성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 함이다. 연구결과에 따르면, 기업의 공급체인 관리에 대한 중요성의 인지는 공급체인 상의 전략적, 운영적 협력 실행에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이러한 협력의 결과로 기업은 조직의 물류 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이는 기업이 공급체인관리를 조직 내의 경영활동과 이에 관련된 기업 간의 관계성에 관한 관리적 활동으로 제한되어 이해하기 쉽지만, 그에 앞서 조직원 모두를 포함하는 조직 전반의 공급체인 협력에 대한 이해가 공유되어야 하며, 공급체인 관리의 성공적 수행을 위하여 이러한 이해가 공유되도록 조직원들에 대한 교육이 필요하고 조직원 간의 원활한 의사소통 및 의견 교환을 통한 공통된 목표의 설정이 필요함을 의미한다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of shared organizational understanding of supply chain collaboration and the implementation of supply chain management on corporate logistics efficiency. The hierarchical relationship among the shared understanding of supply chain collaboration, the implementation of supply chain management, and corporate logistics efficiency is confirmed as a result of path analysis with latent variables. This indicates that an understanding of the importance of supply chain collaboration is necessary for the successful implementation of supply chain management which may result in an improvement in organizational logistics efficiency. For successful supply chain management, firms should educate their employees to understand the importance of collaboration with supply chain partners and build organizationally shared supply chain management goals through open communication between employees.
