초록
The designed elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) processor was developed for elliptic curve digital signature algorithm (ECDSA) and elliptic curve diffie-hellman (ECDH). Currently, the ECC Processor is a processor designed based on redundant signed digit (RSD). All internal operations are based on RSD, while ECC is implemented with NIST P-256 curve. In the sub-operation module, modular multiplication uses Montgomery modular multiplication. Since we are designing a chip that supports DTLS, we designed to reduce the area of the ECC processor and used the following process. The Digital type Magna 180nm process has a supply voltage of 3.3V and a maximum operating frequency of 200MHz.
