도시재생 중간지원조직의 활성화 방안 연구 : 전통적 IPA와 수정된 IPA 기법을 중심으로

A Study on Revitalization of an Urban Regeneration Intermediate Support Organizations: Focusing on Traditional IPA and Revised IPA Technique

초록

In the recent government policy implementation process, the role of the urban regeneration intermediate support organization is increasing in order to promote the urban regeneration new deal project. Accordingly, institutional improvement measures such as establishing a role for the urban regeneration intermediate support organization emerged. The purpose of this study was to conduct an IPA survey on the importance and performance for the operation and activation of the interim support organization in order to improve these problems. The subject of this study was to distribute 100 questionnaires and utilize 48 copies, centered on the New Deal projects. As for the method of this study, the improvement plan for the intermediate support organization was analyzed by selecting the items to be improved urgently located in the second quadrant by applying the traditional IPA method and the modified IPA method based on the survey results. The results of this study show that in the area of the second quadrant, first, ① the interim support organization must urgently improve so that it can demonstrate its status and ability as an urban regeneration expert in the field of institutional improvement such as securing social status. Second, ③ it is necessary to diversify financial resources for the continuity of the interim support organization even after the priming water project is completed in addition to the government budget support in order to expand the foundation for stable financial independence such as project operation.
