본 연구는 에너지기후변화라는 교육 콘텐츠를 가지고 약 1년간의 에너지기후변화교육 교사연구회 활동이 에너지기후변화 교육 및 교사들의 전문성에 어떠한 영향을 끼쳤는지에 대한 효과를 분석하였다. 에너지기후변화교육 교사 연구회는 초중등 및 대안학교 교사를 대상으로 2014년 13개 팀의 교사 40명을 대상으로 운영하였으며, 교사연구회에 참여한 교사들의 자기효능감에 초점을 두어 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 연구결과를 발표하고, 반구조적인 면담을 통해 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과, 개인적 에너지기후변화교육 교수효능감과 에너지기후변화 교수 결과기대감 모두 p<.001 수준에서 유의미한 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 면담결과, 교사들은 에너지기후변화교육 교사연구회를 통해 전문성 신장, 정보공유 등의 강점 및 연구발표 시기 및 연구 주제에 대한 개선점을 제안해 주었다. 이러한 분석은 앞으로 교사연구회의 효과성 및 교사연구회 설계에 대한 기초적인 자료를 제공해줄 뿐만 아니라, 학교현장에서 에너지기후변화교육의 중요성을 심화시키는 문화를 조성하는 데에도 기여할 것으로 생각된다.
Abstract
This study analyzed the effect of Energy and Climate Change Education and teachers’ for pro- fessional development on Energy and Climate Change Education teachers’ research groups. Energy and Climate Change Education Teachers research groups were target teachers 40 people in 13 teams in 2014 who aimed at elementary, secondary, alternative school teachers. In particular, the survey was conducted by placing the focus on the self-efficacy of teachers who participated in the Teachers’ Research groups, and the findings were derived through semi-structured interviews. As a results, personally Energy and Climate Change Teaching both efficacy and outcome expectations professor of Energy and Climate Change Education was found that there is a significant difference in the p<.001 level. Also interviewed teachers Energy and Climate Change Education teachers’ for professional development through the Research Council, gave information to suggest improvements to the strength and research and study subjects such as the time share presentation. This finding were to contribute to the future to create a culture the importance of Energy Climate Change education in schools that will provide the basic data for the design of teacher effectiveness and teacher Research group.
