과정이수형 원격교육 효과 및 시행조건에 관한연구

정보통신기술의 발달과 한국교과과정의 변화에 따른 다양한 형태의 원격교육 형태가 발달하고 있다. 군 교육에서도 2009년부터 본격적으로 원격교육을 도입해 시행하고 있으나 그 실적은 미비한 상태이다. 또한 급격한 군 구조의 변화로 인하여 교육소요 인력은 줄어든 반면 다양한 교육소요를 만족시키기 위한 직무보수 교육과정이 늘어남에 따라 각 병과학교에서 모든 교육을 소화시키기에 그 한계점에 다다랐다. 그 대안으로 “과정이수형 원격교육”시스템을 도입추진중에 있으며 그 중간단게에서 교육의 효과측정과 시행조건에 대한 연구를 통하여 과정이수형 원격교육의 활성화 방안에 대한 정책적 제안에 대하여 연구하였다.
Abstract
The educational demand in the schools of branches and education institutes not only has increased dramatically, but the number of education support staff has also decreased. Thus, it makes difficult to retain existing education methods, such as collecting and educating students in one place. In this paper, (1) we analyze the cost-effectiveness of the training programs by applying the Kirkpatrick's training and evaluation model, (2) establishing conditions for distributed learning by applying Delphi and AHP techniques, (3) and verify the necessity of expanding the distributed learning curriculum in the military school education by suggesting the necessary improvement plan to improve the effectiveness through questionnaire surveys and expert discussions.
