공군사관학교 체육교육과정에 대한 생도들의 인식 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze ROKAFA′s physical education curriculum through the perception of the cadets and to provide a basis for the development of the ROKAFA physical education curriculum. To achieve this study purpose, the case study which is qualitative research has been used. The results are as follows. First, the cadets recognized physical training and acquisition of motor skills as a goal of the physical education. ROKAFA is an educational institution with an aim at fostering whole person and trains officers to be the leaders of the army in the future. Considering the value and the potential, the goal of the physical education at Korean Air Force Academy should be oriented holistic education. Second, the organizing and the management of the physical education curriculum were presented in four aspects - ‘Limited selection’, ‘Insufficient time for the actual learning’, ‘Overlap of subjects’ and ‘Inefficient Class management.’
