전문하사의 직무 스트레스 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

본 연구는 전문하사들이 그들의 직무상황에서 어떠한 직무 스트레스를 경험하는지 알아보고 그에 따른 전문하사의 군 복지에 관한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 강원도 지역에서 복무중인 전문하사 6명을 대상으로 직무 스트레스에 관한 심층면담을 진행하고 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 면담내용을 분석했다. 분석 결과‘직무 수행으로 인해 발생하는 스트레스’, ‘직무스트레스에 대한 대처’, ‘직무스트레스가 삶에 미친 영향’ 요인을 발견했다. 직무 수행 중 발생하는 스트레스에는 전문하사 제도의 미흡성, 역할 인식 모호성과 최하급 간부로서 겪게 되는 스트레스 하위요인이 포함되어 있었다. 이는 병에서 간부로 전환한 전문하사들만의 독특한 스트레스 구조가 있다는 것을 보여준다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to provide basic data on the military welfare of junior sergeants by finding out what job stress they experience in their job situations. To this end, six junior sergeants serving in Gangwon Province conducted in-depth interviews on job stress and analyzed the interview details by applying Giorgi's phenomenological research method. The analysis found the factors 'job stress caused by performing junior sergeant's duties', 'efforts to cope with job stress', 'effect of job stress coping on their lives'. Stress was generated during the job performance included insufficiency of the junior sergeant system, ambiguity in role perception, and stress sub-components experienced as a lowest-grade official. This shows that there is a unique stress structure only for the junior sergeant who switched from soldier to military officer.
