2022년 2월 24일 러시아는 그들만의 명분으로 우크라이나를 침공하여 러시아와 우크라이나의 전쟁이 발발했다. 이 전쟁은 3년이 지난 지금도 계속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전쟁을 수행함에 있어 반드시 고려해야 할 국력 요소 DIME의 세부 요소인 외교, 정보, 군사, 경제의 요소를 이해하고 양국의 전쟁수행과정을 비교 분석하여 분석한 내용을 중심으로 국가안전보장을 위한 국가목표와 국가안전보장목표 달성을 위해 어떻게 국력 요소를 적절히 연계하여 운용할지 함의 한다. 이를 통해 북한의 위협을 고려하여 한국의 안보적 대비 방향을 도출한다
Abstract
On February 24, 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine under its own pretext, starting a war between Russia and Ukraine. This war continues three years later. This study understands the elements of diplomacy, information, military, and economy, which are detailed elements of DIME, which must be considered in carrying out political conflict, and compares and analyzes the war between the two countries, suggesting how to properly link and operate the elements of national power to achieve national security and national security goals. Through this, South Korea's security preparation direction is derived by considering the threat of North Korea.
