Abstract
This paper attempted to understand machines beyond instrumentality, and to find a way for humans and machines to coexist with each other at an equal level without privileges from the perspective of Simondon. This is because humans can no longer experience technology in the conflict between humans and machines, and they think they have lost their place to machines. This equates machines with humans, and finds a way for humans and machines to relate in information theory. Machines with information channels can act as self-regulators, and humans and machines can convert into common codes. It can be seen that these two are complementary to each other through the relationship between memory and information, emphasizing that humans are necessary for the semantic action of information made from humans and machines, and urging human interest and active action in machines.
