코로나19 전⦁후 국내 손해보험회사의 정태적, 동태적 경영효율성 변화 연구

본 연구는 2015년부터 2021년까지 7년간 국내 손해보험회사에 대한 경영효율성 변화를 정태적, 동태적으로 나누어 분석하고 코로나19 전⦁후 2년간의 경영효율성 변화를 비교하여 살펴보았다. 정태적 방법으로 DEA-CCR 경영효율성 분석 결과 분석기간 7년 동안 평균 효율성은 0.918로 8.2% 비효율적인 것으로 나타났고, 비효율의 원인은 투입요소의 비효율성으로 나타났다. 코로나19 전⦁후 2년간 (2018∼2019, 2020∼2021)의 경영효율성 변화를 살펴보면 코로나19 전에는 경영효율성이 0.943이였으나 코로나 이후 0.927로 경영효율성이 하락한 것으로 나타났다. 동태적 방법으로 DEA-Window를 이용한 경영효율성 안정성 추이를 분석한 결과 분석기간 동안 농협이 가장 안정적이었던 것으로 나타났으며, MG사가 가장 불안정한 손해보험사로 나타났다. 코로나19 이후 경영효율성 향상을 위한 정책적 시사점으로 다양한 디지털 영업방식 도입과 같은 영업관리 측면, 재택근무, 화상회의 등 디지털 조직관리 측면, 저비용 고효율의 비용관리 측면에서 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study analyzed changes in the efficiency of non-life insurance companies from 2015 to 2021, and compared the changes in management efficiency for two years before and after COVID-19. As a result of the analysis, the DEA-CCR management efficiency was found to be inefficient at 0.918, and the cause of the inefficiency was the inefficiency of input factors. Looking at the change in management efficiency before and after COVID-19, it was found that management efficiency decreased after COVID-19. As a result of the DEA-Window analysis, Nonghyup was the most stable and MG was the most unstable non-life insurance company. Policy implications for sales management, organizational management, and cost management were presented as policy implications for improving business efficiency after COVID-19.
