한국과 일본의 지목설정 비교에 관한 고찰

본 연구는 토지 사용 목적에 따라 지목을 어떻게 구분하고 있는지, 한국과 일본의 지목설정을 주제로 조사하고 비교·고찰하였다. 양국의 관련 법률에 규정된 설정방법을 조사한 결과 지목의 구분과 표기방법은 동일 지목 및 유사한 지목도 있으나 국가의 지리적 환경과 문화의 관습에 따라 지목설정 기준에서 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 크게 대지, 도로, 임야, 유지, 공원, 잡종지의 지목에서 그 특성을 도출하였다.
Abstract
This study investigates how land category is classified according to the purpose of land use in Korea and Japan, and then compares their land category classification systems. This study analyzes the methods of land category classification based on their basic laws regarding land category in both countries. The results indicate that there are differences in the standards of land category classification in accordance with each country’s geographical environment and cultural custom, even though some land categories are same or similar in terms of classification and notation. The characteristics of classification are mainly derived from the land categories such as building site, road, forest, wetland, park, and miscellaneous land.
