이 연구의 목적은 국가기본도를 이용하여 CityGML2.0 표준에 부합하는 건물과 지형 데이터 구축 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국가기본도를 CityGML2.0 표준으로 변환하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 그리고 구축된 데이터의 기하 품질과 시각화 및 인스턴스 코드 검증을 통해 변환 알고리즘과 도출된 데이터의 타탕성을 분석하였다. 이 연구에서 제시한 변환 알고리즘과 분석 결과는 국가기본도의 활용성을 3차원 공간정보 구축 범위까지 확장하고, 국제표준인 CityGML 모델의 국내 적용 활성화에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to derive a method for constructing building and terrain data that comply with the CityGML 2.0 standard using the national base map. To achieve this, an algorithm was developed to convert the national base map into the CityGML 2.0 standard. Additionally, the validity of the conversion algorithm and the derived data was analyzed by evaluating the geometric quality, visualization, and instance code verification of the constructed data. The transformation algorithm and analysis results presented in this study are expected to expand the usability of the national base map to the domain of 3D geospatial information construction and contribute to the activation of domestic applications of the CityGML model.
