고위험군 청소년의 우울 극복과 지원체계 구축을 위한 지역사회 중심 정신건강증진 프로그램에 대한 평가 연구

이 연구의 목적은 고위험군 청소년의 우울 극복과 지원체계 구축을 위해 구성된 지역사회 중심 정신건강증진 프로그램을 평가하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 청소년 대상 예방사업, 교사간담회, 교사워크샵, 학부모간담회를 포함하는 지지체계 대상 예방교육, 청소년 정신건강 문제해결 사업, 사례관리 네트워크, 전문자원 활성화 등 다섯 가지 세부프로그램으로 구성된 지역사회 중심 정신건강증진 프로그램을 설계하여 실행하였으며, 논리모델에 따라 구성된 평가틀을 적용하여, 각 세부프로그램에서 다양한 대상자 집단들로부터 자료를 수집하였고, 과정과 성과, 질의 차원에서 세부프로그램들을 평가하였다. 분석결과, 청소년 대상 예방사업과 지지체계 대상 예방교육은 대상자들의 정신건강에 대한 이해수준을 높여준 것으로 평가되었으며, 고위험군 청소년들을 대상으로 한 정신건강 문제해결 프로그램은 대상 청소년들의 목표 영역에서 유의미한 변화들을 이끌어낸 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 고위험군 청소년들의 우울 극복과 지원체계 구축을 위해 고려해야 할 실천 지침들을 제언하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to evaluate a community-based mental health promotion program for overcoming depressin and building the support system of high-risk adolescents. This program is to help adolescents who are exposed to depression risk factors grow up healthy in their community. The program consists of five detailed programs including prevention programs for the adolescents, preventive educations for the supportive system, mental health problem-solving service of adolescents, case management network, and vitalization of specialized resources. Data were collected from diverse participants. Detailed programs were evaluated by multi-dimensions such as process, output, and outcome applying framework of logic model. As results, programs for the adolescents, preventive education for the supportive system have improved understanding on mental health. And mental health problem-solving service for the high-risk shows meaningful change. Based on these results, researchers suggested practical guidelines for overcoming of high-risk adolescents’ depression and building the support system.
