진로장벽이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향에 있어 회복탄력성의 조절효과에 대한 연구

진로장벽은 전반적인 진로결정요인에 부정적 영향을 미치는 구성개념이며, 취업스트레스를 증가시킨다. 이에 본 연구에서는 진로장벽이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고자 한다. 그리고 진로장벽과 부정적인 결과의 관계에 있어서 진로장벽의 영향을 완충시키거나 진로장벽과 취업스트레스간의 관계에서 진로장벽의 영향을 완화시키거나 취업스트레스에 부적인 영향을 미치는 변인으로 회복탄력성을 설정하여 진로장벽과 취업스트레스의 관계에서 어떠한 조절효과를 보이는지를 연구하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 진로장벽은 취업스트레스를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 진로장벽 중 외적장벽과 자기명확성 부족이 가장 많이 취업스트레스를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 개인차원에서는 외적장벽과 같이 외부환경에 의해 자신의 진로를 결정하는데 방해받지 않고 스스로 자신의 진로를 개발할 수 있도록 자기효능감이나 자신감을 강화할 수 있는 노력을 하여야 할 것이다. 또한 대학차원에서는 진로와 관련된 잘못된 정보처리, 인지 왜곡, 역기능적인 비합리적 신념 등으로 인한 내담자의 지각된 진로장벽에 대하여 무력감을 느끼기 보다는 오히려 인지재구조화를 통하여 장벽요인들에 대한 시각을 수정함으로써 진로장벽을 극복할 수 있도록 상담센터의 기능을 강화하여 학생들의 진로와 관련된 문제를 해결할 수 있는 환경을 조성해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 진로장벽과 취업스트레스의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 조절효과를 보이지 않았다. 하지만 회복탄력성은 취업스트레스는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대학생들의 취업스트레스를 감소시키기 위해서는 학생들의 회복탄력성을 높일 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The career barrier is a constituent concept that negatively affects the overall career decision factors and increase employment stress. Therefore, in this research, the effect of career barriers on employment stress was studied. And this research set resilience as a variable which buffers the effect of career barriers in the relationship between career barriers and negative results, or negatives the effects of career barriers in the relationship between career barriers and employment stress, or has static effect on employment stress, and studied what moderating effect the resilience shows in relationship with career barriers and employment stress. The results of the research were generated as follows. First, career barriers were shown to increase employment stress. In particular, external barriers and the lack of self-clarity among career barriers were shown to increase the employment stress most. Therefore, at the individual level, students should make efforts to strengthen self-efficacy and self-confidence in order to develop their own careers for themselves without being disturbed by external environment such as external barriers in deciding their own careers. At the university level, in order that career barriers can be overcome by modifying the perspective of the barrier factors through cognitive restructuring, rather than feeling helpless about the client students' perceived career barriers caused by erroneous information processing, cognitive distortion, dysfunctional irrational beliefs, etc. related to career, it is necessary to create atmosphere able to solve the problems related to students' career by enhancing the functions of counseling centers. Second, resilience was shown to have not moderating effect on career barriers and employment stress. But if the perception about resilience is high, employment stress gets low. Therefore, students will have to be able to deplete employment stress by strengthening their resilience.
