대학생의 양성평등의식에 대한 성 인지적 집단상담 프로그램의 효과

본 연구에서는 성 인지적 집단상담 프로그램이 대학생의 양성평등의식에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 남녀대학생 16명을 무선 선정하여 실험집단과 비교집단에 각 8명씩 무선 할당하였다. 사전․실험중․사후 검사로 ‘청소년용 한국형 남녀평등의식검사(KGES-A)’를 사용하였으며, 사전검사를 통해 집단간 동질성을 확인하고, 실험 과정에서 실험집단은 성 인지적 집단상담 프로그램을, 비교집단은 자기성장 집단상담 프로그램을 적용하였다. 실험은 총 10회기 실시하였다. 분석방법은 1피험자 간 1피험자 내 설계 분석으로 프로그램의 효과는 처치와 측정시점의 상호작용효과를 통해 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 성 인지적 집단상담 프로그램이 전체 양성평등의식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이 차이는 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 또한 하위영역별 변화에 있어서는 가정영역, 학교영역, 직업영역, 사회문화영역 등 4개의 하위영역의 평균이 통제집단보다 높게 나타났으며, 이 차이는 학교영역과 직업영역에서 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 성 인지적 집단상담 프로그램은 대학생들의 양성평등의식향상을 위해 보다 효과적인 집단상담 프로그램 자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.
Abstract
In this study we identified the effects of Gender Sensitive Group Counseling on College Students' Gender Equality Consciousness. The participants of this study were sixteen university students who were randomly selected and they were assigned randomly into an experimental group and a comparative group. Korean Gender Egalitarian Scale (KGES-A) for teenagers was used as pre, while and post test. In the pre test, coessentiality between the groups appeared. Gender sensitive group counseling was used in experimental group and self-growth group counselling program was applied to comparative group during experiment. Treatment of 10 sessions was conducted. The analysis was conducted by designed analysis that had one-on-one testee. The effects of program was proved through interaction of treatment and the measure period. The results of this study were as the follows. Gender sensitive group counselling had an effect on gender equality consciousness and differences were statistically meaningful. As for change of the subcategory, it is found that the total average of home, school, occupation, social culture domain was found to be higher than control group. The difference were statistically meaningful in school, occupation domain. Therefore, it is expected that gender sensitive group counselling program examined in this study is very useful for gender equality consciousness of university students as an effective material for group counselling programs.
