한국 대학생 직업목표검사의 타당화

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 직업목표를 측정하기 위해 이승구(2010)가 개발한 ‘한국 대학생 직업목표검사’를 타당화하여 논리적 적합성과 상담현장에서의 적용 가능성을 검증하는데 있다. ‘한국 대학생 직업목표검사’는 총 31문항으로 목표의 특성요인(구체성, 도전성, 자율성) 15문항과 목표의 상황요인(피드백, 가치기준, 개인의 능력, 경쟁상황) 16문항으로 구성되어 있다. 검사의 타당도를 검증하기 위해 본 검사와 이론적으로 밀접한 관련이 있는 준거 척도(진로성숙도, 취업몰입경험, 취업준비행동)에 대해 준거타당도로 예측타당도와 공인 타당도를 검증하였다. 먼저 준거(예측)타당도를 확인하기 위해 진로성숙도 검사 결과에 대한 상관분석과 판별분석을 실시하였다. 상관분석결과 전체적으로 정적인 상관(r= .372∼ .616, p< .001)을 보였으며, 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 판별분석에서는 진로성숙도 점수가 높은 집단(상위 25%)과 낮은 집단(하위 25%)으로 구분하여 분류적중률을 확인한 결과, 전체 643명 중 81.6%가 최대 우연기준치인 50% 보다 높게 나타나 정확히 분류되었으며, 진로성숙 수준이 높은 집단은 92.4%가 직업목표 상위의 예측집단으로 진로성숙 수준이 낮은 집단은 70.6%가 직업목표 하위의 예측집단으로 분류되었다. 준거(공인) 타당도를 분류하기 위해 ‘한국 대학생 직업목표검사’와 관계성이 높은 다른 심리검사 구인들(진로성숙도, 취업몰입경험, 직업준비행동)과의 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 상관분석 결과, 직업목표검사는 진로성숙도(r= .683, p< .001), 취업몰입경험(r= .728, p< .001), 취업준비행동(r= .512, p< .001)과 통계적으로 유의한 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 진로성숙도와 취업경험몰입, 취업준비행동이 ‘한국 대학생 직업목표검사’의 각 하위척도를 예언하는 설명량을 알아보기 위해 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 ‘한국 대학생 직업목표검사’는 진로성숙도와 취업몰입경험, 취업준비행동에 대해 각각 46.7%, 53.0%, 26.2%를 설명하고 있으며(p< .001), 이러한 연구결과는 진로성숙도가 높고 취업몰입경험 및 취업준비행동이 증가할수록 직업목표에 대한 영향력이 크게 나타나 일반화의 가능성을 제시하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 ‘한국 대학생 직업목표검사’는 대학생들의 직업목표를 구체적으로 측정하는 타당한 척도임을 확인하였으며, 끝으로 본 연구의 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify the logical adaptability and applying possibility having ‘Korean College students Vocational Goal Inventory(KVGI)’ developed by Lee Sung Goo(2010) in order to measure job goal of college students valid. ‘KVGI’ is consisted of 31 questions, which 15 of property factors and 16 of situation factors of the goals, and we performed verification of basis validity against basis measurement(career maturity, employment flow experience, employment preparation behavior) related to the main inspection in order for verifying validity of the inspection. First, to confirm expectation validity, we executed path maturity inspection, correlation analysis and distinction analysis. The result of analysis turned out to be positive relationship(r= .372 ∼ .616, p< .001) and statistically significant. On the distinction analysis, the result verified after being separated into high score group(25% from high rank) and low score group(25% from low rank) appears to be exactly classified for 81.6% of total 643 persons, which is higher than maximum accident criteria 50%, and 92.4% of high level group of career development is classified to high rank expectation group of job goal, while 70.6% of low level group of career development is classified to low rank expectation group of job goal. To classify authorized validity, we performed correlation analysis with other mentality inspection(career maturity, employment flow experience, employment preparation behavior) that is highly related with ‘KVGI’ and multiple regression analysis. As a result, the ‘KVGI’ has statistically significant positive relationship with ‘career maturity’(r= .683, p< .001), ‘employment flow experience’(r= .728, p< .001), ‘employment preparation behavior’(r= .512, p< .001). And to confirm explanation amount that ‘career maturity’, ‘employment flow experience’ and ‘employment preparation behavior’ expect low rank measurement of ‘KVGI’, we performed multiple regression analysis. As a result, ‘KVGI’ explains 46.7%, 53.0%, 26.2% for ‘career maturity’, ‘employment flow experience’, ‘employment preparation behavior’(p< .001), and it has larger influence on job goal as ‘career maturity’ is high and ‘employment flow experience’ and ‘employment preparation behavior’ increases.
