초록

본 연구는 상담성과를 가져오는 상담자 요인 개념을 반영한 내담자 지각의 상담자 효과 요인 평정척도를 개발 및 타당화하는데 있다. 이를 위해 국내와 국외의 내담자들이 지각한 도움경험과 내담자 및 상담자가 지각한 치료적이고 효과적인 상담자 요인에 관한 개념도 연구 및 귀납적 분석 연구를 바탕으로 3요인의 56문항을 추출하였고, 1차에 상담 학자 및 전문가 6명과 2차에 상담 현장 전문가 14명에게 전문가 내용타당도 검증을 시행하여 최종적으로 38문항을 선정하였다. 예비 연구에서는 성인 내담자 200명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 한 결과, 상담자 태도, 상담자 개입, 상담자 현존의 3개 요인이 도출되었고 총 27문항의 상담자 효과 요인 평정척도가 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 성인 내담자 348명을 대상으로 확인적 요인분석을 한 결과, 양호한 적합도 지수를 보였으며 신뢰도와 수렴 및 변별타당도, 준거 및 증분타당도가 검증되었다. 끝으로 본 연구에서 개발한 상담자 효과 요인 평정척도의 활용방안과 연구의 한계점에 대해 논하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop the Counselor Effectiveness Factors Rating Scale (CFRS) and to validate it. Based on the findings from the concept mapping and inductive analysis reviewing of existing literature, 56 preliminary questions in 3 sub-factors were extracted. The contents of the selected items were validated twice by 6 and 14 counseling professionals. The content validity of each item was checked. And the 38 items of the CFRS were developed. As a result of exploratory factor analysis of 200 actual clients in the pilot study, three correlated factors such as; counselor intervention, counselor attitudes, and counselor therapeutic presence were extracted. And the final 27 items of the CFRS were developed. Also, as a result of confirmatory factor analysis of 348 actual clients, the fitness index was good. Thus the convergent and discriminant validity, criterion-related validity, and incremental validity were generally supported. Finally, the limitations of study and the practical use of the developed CFRS were discussed.
