ADHD 성향 대학생의 주의집중과 정서조절 향상을 위한 변증법적행동치료 기반 프로그램 개발 및 효과

초록

본 연구는 ADHD 성향 대학생을 대상으로 주의집중과 정서조절 향상을 위한 변증법적행동치료 기반 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증한 것이다. 프로그램은 목표 수립, 프로그램 구성, 예비연구, 실시 및 개선의 단계로 총 10회기로 구성하였다. 연구 대상은 ADHD 성향군에 해당하는 대학생으로 자발적 참여자 12명을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 무선 배치하였다. 모든 참여자는 주의집중과 정서조절 변화의 정도를 확인하기 위해 사전, 사후, 추후 검사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, ADHD 성향 대학생의 주의집중과 정서조절 모두 실험집단에서 사전과 비교해 사후에 유의미한 변화를 보였고, 추후 검사 때까지 유지되었다. 본 연구는 ADHD 성향 대학생들의 문제를 개선하고, 학교생활 적응력을 높일 수 있는 구조화된 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a DBT based program to improve attention and emotional regulation for college students with ADHD tendency and to verify its effectiveness. The program consisted of 10 sessions in total: goal setting, program organization, preliminary research, implementation, and refinement. The study involved 12 college student volunteers with ADHD tendency, who were randomly assigned to either an experimental or control group. All participants took pre-, post-, and follow-up tests to determine the extent of changes in attention and emotional regulation. The results showed that both attention and emotional regulation showed significant changes in the post-test compared to the pre-test in the experimental group, which was maintained until the follow-up test. The present study is significant in that it developed a structured group counseling program for college students with ADHD tendency to improve their problems and increase their adaptation to school life.
