교류분석프로그램이 아동양육시설 종사자의 의사소통능력과 자기성찰에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 교류분석프로그램이 아동양육시설 종사자의 의사소통능력 및 자기성찰에 미치는 효과가 어떠한지를 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 설계는 사전사후검사 통제집단설계로서, 아동양육시설 종사자 30명을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 임의 배정하여 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과를 보면 첫째, 교류분석프로그램이 아동양육시설 종사자의 의사소통능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 의사소통능력 하위변인인 관계적 능력, 대인적 능력, 언어적 능력 모두에서도 유의한 영향이 나타났다. 둘째, 교류분석프로그램이 아동양육시설 종사자의 자기성찰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 교류분석프로그램이 아동양육시설 종사자들의 의사소통능력과 자기성찰을 증진시킨다는 점을 보여준 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 아동양육시설 종사자들의 양육자로서의 역량을 증진시키는데 있어서 교류분석 프로그램이 유용하다는 점을 보여주는 것이다.
Abstract
Purpose of this study is to identify the effects of the Transactional Analysis(TA) program on communication ability and introspection ability of the employees in child foster care industry. The research was conducted on the 30 people who work in foster care facilities. TA program training was only provided to the half of the participants who were randomly chosen. To verify the effect of the program using used SPSS 21.0. The research findings are as follows: First, the TA program meaningfully influenced the communication ability of the people in the foster care industry. Second, the TA program positively influenced the introspection ability of the workers in the foster care industry. Such findings confirm that the Transactional Analysis(TA) program improves the communication ability and introspection of the workers in the foster care. The study outcome demonstrates the usefulness of the TA program for improving abilities of caregivers in the child foster care.
