지시적 집단모래상자놀이가 기혼 여성의 우울 감소에 미치는 효과

초록

본 연구는 지시적 집단모래상자놀이가 기혼 여성의 우울 감소에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적을 두고 실시되었다. 연구 문제는 첫째, 지시적 집단모래상자놀이가 기혼 여성의 우울을 감소시키는가, 둘째, 지시적 집단모래상자놀이가 기혼 여성의 부정적․긍정적 사고에 영향을 미치는가, 셋째, 지시적 집단모래상자놀이가 회기 내 기혼 여성의 긍정적․부정적 언어표현에 영향을 미치는가를 알아보는 것이다. 연구 대상은 기혼 여성 4명이다. 기혼 여성의 우울 변화는 사전․사후에 자기보고식 우울 검사와 부정적 자동적 사고, 긍정적 자동적 사고척도에서 측정된 점수로 비교하여 양적 분석하였고, 회기 내 언어표현을 자기표현분류척도에 근거하여 측정하고 질적 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지시적 집단모래상자놀이는 연구 대상자의 우울을 감소시켰다. 둘째, 지시적 집단모래상자놀이는 연구 대상자의 부정적 사고를 감소시키고 긍정적 사고를 향상시켰다. 셋째, 지시적 집단모래상자놀이로 인해 우울한 기혼 여성의 부정적 언어표현은 감소하고 긍정적 언어표현은 증가하였다. 따라서 지시적 집단모래상자놀이가 기혼 여성의 우울 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 본 연구는 소수 사례 연구로서 일반화하는데 다소 제한점이 있다.

Abstract

The major goal of this study is to examine the positive effect of the directive sand tray program on the depression of the married women. The research problems are follows: (a) whether the directive group sand tray decreases the level of the depression of a married woman. (b) whether the directive group sand tray affects the positive and negative thinking of a married woman with depression. (c) whether the directive group sand tray affects the form of the verbal expressions during the session. In this study, the participants are the four married women. One of the prominent outcomes is that the directive sand tray program had a positive impact on married women and helped low-level depression. Also the result is that the program makes it possible to change the positive and negative thinking of depressed married women. Another result is that the program makes it possible to change the verbal expression of depressed married women.
