본 연구는 특수교사가 지각한 학생의 문제행동과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 대처방식의 매개효과를 살펴보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구대상은 92명의 특수교사들을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 문제행동과 심리적 소진은 부적 상관으로 나타났고, 문제행동과 스트레스 대처 방식도 부적 상관인 것으로 나타났다. 정서 중심 대처와 심리적 소진은 정적 상관으로 나타났으며 소망적 사고 대처와 심리적 소진 또한 정적 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 소망적 사고 중심 대처가 심리적 소진과 문제행동 지각에서 부분적인 매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study examined the mediating effect of stress coping strategies on relations between student’s problem behavior and psychological burnout for special education teachers. Data was collected from 92 special education teachers. The results are as follows. First, correlations between problem behavior and psychological burnout, and correlations between problem behavior and stress coping strategies for special education teachers are negatively associated. And correlations between emotional coping and psychological burnout, and correlations wishful thinking coping and psychological burnout special education teachers are positively associated. Second, wishful thinking strategy showed the partial mediating effect for psychological burnout and problem behavior
