아이들의 놀이에 대한 아이돌보미의 인식 분석

초록

본 연구에서는 메타포 분석 방법을 활용하여 아이돌보미가 인식하는 아동 놀이의 개념을 알아보았다. 연구대상은 경상북도 아이돌보미 보수교육 기간의 교육 대상자 198명이다. 연구결과, 첫째, 아이돌보미 놀이에 대한 인식으로 92개의 진술문이 최종 생성되었으며, 목적으로서의 놀이는 ‘행복 바이러스’, ‘적응 통로’, ‘존재 근원’으로, 수단으로서의 놀이로 ‘발달 강화’, ‘교육적 가치’, ‘사고 촉진’으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 아이돌보미의 경력에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 놀이에 대한 바른 인식 형성과 아이돌보미에게 필요한 지원사항 또는 아이돌봄 양성과정의 돌봄 및 교육 방향 등에 대한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze metaphors of child caregivers concerning children play. Data was collected from 198 child caregivers who are in Gyoungbuk province. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 47 final statements were finally generated based on the perception on play, and were classified into two dimensions of “play itself as a purpose” and “play as a means”. In addition, the statements were classified into six clusters: ‘happiness virus’, ‘adaptation channel’, ‘source of existence’, ‘development improvement’, ‘educational effect’ and ‘promoting creative thinking’. And the analysis showed that the perception of child caregiver differ upon the participants’s career. This study provides implication for support necessary for child caregiver or the direction of childcare education course to form the desirable perception on play.
