초록

본 한국은 현재 세계에서 그 유래를 찾아보기 힘들 정도로 빠른 압축적 고령화를 경험하고 있으며, 이로 인해 다양한 사회경제적 문제가 야기되고 있다. 본 논문은 디지털 경제화와 동시에 진행되고 있는 고령사회화의 영향을 예측해 보고, 기업경영 및 인적자원관리 측면에서의 효과적인 대응방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 첫째, 고령화에 따른 인구구조 및 인력수급구조 변화와 이에 따른 기업의 고용관행 변화문제를 살펴본다. 둘째, 디지털 기술발전과 디지털 경제화가 고령인력에 미치는 영향을 고찰해 본다. 셋째, 디지털 경제하 고령화에 따라 사회적으로 제기되는 연령차별 문제와 이와 관련된 노동시장에의 영향을 살펴본다. 넷째, 디지털 경제하 고령화라는 복합적 사회경제 변화에 대응하기 위한 효과적인 인적자원관리 대응방안을 모색한다.

Abstract

Compressed aging process causing various socio-economic problems is under way in Korea. The paper predicts the impact of aging along with the digital economy, and discusses effective responses to aging with regard to HRM (Human Resource Management). The aims of the research are as follows: firstly, to address problems of changing demography and supply-demand of population with shifting patterns in employee relations; secondly, to assess the impact of digital technology and the digital economy to aging population; thirdly, to investigate age discrimination relating to labor market in aging society; fourthly, to search for alternative practices of HRM to respond effectively to aging in the digital economy, that is complex socio-economic change.
