정신의학과 하이데거의 대화 – 졸리콘-세미나를 중심으로

이 글의 목적은 철학이 의학, 특히 정신의학과 만나 학제간의 대화를 어떻게수행할 수 있으며 거기에서 어떤 융합의 가능성을 기대할 수 있는지를 M. 보스의 현존재분석에 초점을 맞추어 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위한 첫 단계로서 여기에서는 하이데거와 보스가 참여하여 그러한 대화를 모색한 졸리콘-세미나를 소개하고 거기에서 다루어진 중심주제들을 논의할 것이다. 주제로는 자연과학적-기술적 세계관에 기초한 의학 비판, 빈스방거의 하이데거 수용에 대한 비판과 연관된의학과 철학의 존재론적 차이, 병과 건강에 대한 철학적 이해, 자연과학적 심신이론에 대한 비판과 신체에 대한 현상학적 이해, 공동존재에 기초한 의사와 환자의 관계가 다루어질 것이다. 이러한 주제들에 대한 논의에서 한편으로 자연과학에 편향되어 있는 의학을 비판하고 의학의 주요개념들에 대한 이론적 정초를 위한 역할로서 철학이 의학과 끊임없이 대화해야 하며 할 수 있다는 가능성이 제시되며, 다른 한편으로 보스가 기존의 정신의학과는 본질적으로 다른 실존적 인간에 기초한 현존재분석적 정신의학을 발전시킨 것처럼 정신의학이 철학과의 대화에서 어떻게 이론적으로 근본화되고 실천적으로 풍부해질 수 있는지가 드러난다.
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to show how philosophy can meet with medicine, in particular, psychiatry as interdisciplinary dialogue and to look forward to the possibility of some convertgence there focuses on the Daseinsanalysis of M. Boss. As a first step Zollikon-Seminar ― Heidegger and Boss participated this seminar seeking such a dialogue ― will be presented and discussed the central themes addressed there. Subjects are as follows: the critique of medicine based on natural scientific-technological worldview, the ontological difference between medicine and philosophy associated with the Heideggers critique of Binswanger, the philosophical understanding of disease and health, the understanding phenomena the body and criticism of the naturalscientific mind-body theory, the relationship between doctors and patients based on co-existence. In the discussion on these topics it is presented on the one hand, that philosophy has function to the criticism of medicine biased in natural science and plays a role for the theoretical cornerstone laying of the major concepts of medicine and thereby it is confirmed that philosophy can and must department constantly dialogue with medicine. On the other hand, like Boss developed the daseinsanalytical psychiatry based on human beings through the dialogue with the existential philosophy it is revealed how psychiatry in dialogue with philosophy becomes essential in theory and can become rich in practice.
