“고립된 개인이란 없다.” 이것은 사르트르가 『변증법적 이성비판』 2권에서 한 말이다. 사르트르는 『존재와 무』에서 이미 대타존재에 대한 실존론적 분석과 구체적인 타자관계에 대한 깊이 있는 해석을 통해 그 자신의 고유한 실존론적 인간이해를 도모했다. 그리고 한발 더 나아가, 『변증법적 이성비판』에서는 역사적이고 총체적인 인간의 실존을 해명한다. 본 논문은 사르트르의 주요한 철학적 과제였던 인간실존의 사회적인 측면에 주목하여 사르트르의 공동체론을 해석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 사르트르의 공동체론에 대한 탐구는 우리가 속한 사회의 현실적인 모습을 이해하고 진단할 수 있는 근거를 제공한다. 본 연구를 통해 우리는 공동체 안에서 타자와의 소통의 근거를 탐색할 수 있을 것이며, 실존에 의해 유기적으로 변화하고 발전하는 사회의 모습에 대한 해명의 실마리를 발견할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 나아가 이를 토대로 사회적 인간의 실존에 대해 비판적으로 숙고함으로써 더욱 발전적인 공동체의 모습을 그려나갈 동력을 얻을 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
“There are no isolated individuals.” This sentence is what Sartre said in the second volume of Critique de la raison dialectique. Sartre has already sought a unique existential human understanding through an existential analysis of the being-for-others and an in-depth interpretation of the specific relations with others in L'être et le néant. Furthermore, he explains the historical and total existence of human beings in the Critique de la raison dialectique. This paper aims to interpret Sartre's theory of community by paying attention to the social aspects of human existence, which were Sartre's major philosophical tasks. Sartre's theory of community provides a basis for understanding and diagnosing the relationship between me and others and the reality of our society. From this, we will be able to explore possible sources of communication with others within the community, and then we will find a clue to how society is changing and developing organically by existence. And on this basis, we will be able to get the momentum to create a more developed community.
