전시산업발전법의 법적 보완과제에 관한 고찰

Abstract

As we known that the exhibition industry becomes a booster of the modern service industry with its characteristics of high efficiency and high economic returns. Especially trade exhibition industry recently emerged as exhibition industry policy that is not this only national strategic promotion but the legally active support. Now we should have focused on the exhibition industry development law in Korea and the complementary issues of exhibition policy. The exhibition industry development law in Korea are consist of chapter 7 and 29 articles. In order to the main articles are establishment of exhibition industry development plan(art. 3), designated government agency and its foundation(art. 4), consideration committee for the exhibition industry development(art. 5), demand investigation of exhibition industry(art. 6), certificate of registration for exhibition facilities and fair trade obligation(art. 7, 10), promotion and management of exhibition industry information and its main policy with the head of an administrative organ(art. 13), infrastructure of cyber exhibition(art. 14, 15), the plan of internationalization, globalization, specialization, standardization for the exhibition industry development(art. 17, 18, 19), reduction of finance, tax, expenses(art. 22-25) and so on.
