본 연구에서는 글자수의 규칙적인 반복이나 변조, 문장 구조의 변화를 통한 형식적인 가락 읽기에서 벗어나 시적 의미와 정서의 변화에 초점을 맞춘 적극적인 가락 읽기의 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 가락 읽기의 의미를 좀 더 포괄적으로 인식하고 시상의 전개과정에서 느껴지는 다양한 의미 변화와 정서의 기복이 가락을 유발시키는 요인임을 밝히고 이러한 특성에 대한 명확한 인식을 현장교육 상황에 적극적으로 적용시킬 필요성을 강조하고자 한다. 이를 위해 마디 안에서의 가락의 길고 짧음, 높낮이, 빠르기와 셈여림, 음색을 시적 정서와 연관시켜 파악하고 시의 가락이 내적 의미와 깊은 상관성이 있음을 학생 스스로 깨닫게 하는 기회를 제공하고자 한다. 그럼으로써 시의 가락이 단순히 문면에 나타나는 음운, 형태, 통사론적 규칙에만 기인하는 것이 아니라 독자의 작품에 대한 정서적, 의미론적 측면과도 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 밝히고 시 가락 읽기를 좀더 적극적이고 입체적으로 향유할 수 있는 기회를 마련하고 한다.
Abstract
This paper intends to suggest the method toward aggressive reading rhythm of poem concentrating on poetic meaning and change in feeling rather than formal reading rhythm of poem throughout regular repetition or variation and change in composition. For this research, it is estimated that meaning of reading rhythm of poem is inclusively understood, factor to generate rhythm results from various change in meaning and fluctuation of feeling with the procedure of developing poetical imagination, and application of these kinds of characteristics to actual education is required. In order to do so, it is estimated that students are offered opportunities to understand by themselves the close relations between intrinsic meaning and rhythm of poem, and to understand the short and the long, the high and the low, speed, strangeness and weakness, and tone by connecting poetic feeling. Eventually, the opportunity to enjoy reading rhythm of poem more aggressively and multilaterally is offered and it is made to be clear that rhythm of poem results from not merely rules of phonology, morphology, and syntax which appear on phrase but also readers' aspects of feelings and semantics toward poems.
