이 연구는 무용교사의 리더십이 무용전공 학생의 학습목표 지향성과 성취목표 지향성에 미치는 영향을 구명하는데 목적이 있었다. 자료 수집은 무용전공 고등학생으로부터 수집하였으며, 600부의 자료가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 자료분석은 SPSSWIN Ver 12.0을 이용하여 t-test, 일원분산분석, 그리고 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 학교유형에 따른 학생의 학습목표 지향성과 성취목표 지향성은 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 학년에 따른 학생의 학습목표 지향성은 유의한 차이가 없었고, 성취목표 지향성은 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 무용전공에 따른 학생의 학습목표 지향성과 성취목표 지향성은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 넷째, 무용전공 학생의 학습목표 지향성에 조건적 보상, 지적자극, 개인적 고려 리더십은 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 무용전공 학생의 성취목표 지향성에 예외에 의한 관리, 지적자극, 개인적 고려 리더십은 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of leadership of dancing teachers on the learning and achievement gold ornamentation of students majored in dancing. The data collected from the 600 high school students majored in dancing was analyzed. With the collected data, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis was performed by SPSSWIN Ver 12.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the arts high school students had higher awareness of learning goal orientation than general high school students, by statistically significant difference. General high school students had higher awareness of achievement goal orientation than the arts high school students by statistically significant difference. Second, the school years showed did not difference statistically on learning goal orientation, but significant difference on achievement gold orientation. Third, major showed did not difference statistically on learning goal orientation and achievement gold orientation. Fourth, the transactional, intellectual stimulation, and personal consideration impacts positive(+) influence on learning goal orientation of high school students majored in dancing. Fifth, the exception management, intellectual stimulation, and personal consideration impacts positive(+) influence on achievement gold orientation of the high school students majored in dancing.
