The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between dance teachers' leadership type and learners' motivation and to verify the difference of motivation by leadership type. When comprehensively reviewing such study result, the conclusion may be suggested that correlation between dance teachers' leadership type and motivation is significant and motivation is, in part, different in accordance with dance teachers' leadership Dance teachers should constantly study and review so that students can display their potential capabilities to the maximum through systematic teaching contents and efficient classes.
