대학무용교육의 시의성과 직무능력 개발기준에 관한 연구

본 논문의 목적은 무용교육의 질에 대한 결과를 통합적으로 공유하고 시정할 수 있는 직무능력 개발기준을 제시하는 것이다. 현재 무용교육은 시의적 노동시장과 직결된 산업 인력 배출을 위하여 무용교육의 직무능력개발에 합당한 기준이 필요하기 때문이다. 연구 진행은 무용전공 학생들에게 공연예술 및 무용예술에 관련된 경제창출의 노동시장과의 연계를 위한 ‘직무 개발기준’을 논의하였으며 ‘직무 개발기준’이란 업무를 진행함에 있어서 여러 가지 직업기초 능력의 영역을 말한다. 이에 더욱 정확한 직무능력 영역의 가치특성 및 정의를 도출하고 직업기초능력 수준을 등급별 총 5단계로 제시하였다. 더불어 무용교육의 현황을 현실적 시각에서 면밀히 분석하여 학교와 학생의 ‘Marketing’에 입각한 ‘Co-Manage’ 직무기초능력의 전략을 더하였다. 이러한 연구 논의를 통해 다음과 같은 연구 성과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 무용교육과 연관된 직무능력의 가치특성 및 정의를 설정하여 제시하였다. 둘째, 무용교육과 연관된 직무능력의 범위 즉 하위영역을 제시하였다. 셋째, NCS(국가직무능력표준)에 근거하여 현장 적용의 업무와 인재육성을 위한 학교와 학생간의 공조, Co-Manage 책무를 제시하였다. 넷째, 무용교육 직무관련 능력을 위한 기초능력의 설정준거와 절정기준 시 고려사항을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to present the job competency development standard to share and rectify the result of the quality of dance education synthetically. This study identified even clearer value characteristic and definition of the job competency realm and categorized the levels of the basic job competencies in five levels. In addition, it had analyzed the current state of dance education in the realistic point of view in detail and presented the strategies for ‘Co-Manage’ basic job competency based on ‘Marketing’ of the schools and the students. The result of this study was as follows: First, it provided the value characteristic and the definition of the job competency related to dance education. Second, the range of the job competency related to danced education. In other words, the subordinate scope was provided. Third, based on NCS(National Competency Standard), the job for the field, the cooperation between the school and the student for talent development, and ‘Co-Manage’ responsibility were suggested. Fourth, the criteria and the considerations to set the basic competency for the dance education job-related competency were discussed.
