중국의 무형문화재 무용 계승을 위한 사회행정적 지원의 효과 분석 -전수자 만족 및 신뢰를 중심으로-

연구목적: 이 연구는 중국 무형문화재 무용 계승 활성화를 위한 사회행정적 지원, 교육행정서비스 질, 조직신뢰, 전수만족에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구방법: 이 연구를 위해 현재 중국 무형문화재 무용 대학 캠퍼스 전승 프로젝트 참여하고 중국 무용 무형문화재 대학 캠퍼스 전승 프로젝트가 개설되어 있는 27개 대학과기타 8기관을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 총 259부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 26을 활용하였으며, 기술통계, 탐색적 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 사회행정적 지원이 전수만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육행정서비스 질 중 유형성, 신뢰성, 혁신성 등은 중국 무형문화재 무용 전승자의 전수만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직신뢰가 전수만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 무형문화재 무용 계승활성화를 위하여 전수자를 위한 사회행정적지원이 체계적으로 공급되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Purpose: This study attempted to investigate how it affects social administrative support, educational administrative service quality, organizational trust, and satisfaction of transfer to revitalize dance succession of Chinese intangible cultural Heritage. Methods:: For this study, a total of 300 people were sampled, including 27 universities and 8 other institutions participating in the Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Dance College Campus Transmission Project and currently opening the Chinese Dance Intangible Cultural Heritage University Campus Transmission Project. Among them, 259 valid questionnaires were used for the most recent analysis, excluding questionnaires with insincere responses and questionnaires with missing values. SPSS Statistics 26 was used for data analysis, and descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Result: First, it was found that social administrative support had a positive effect on total satisfaction. Second, among the quality of education administration services, three attributes, such as tangible, reliability, and innovation, were found to have a significant effect on the total satisfaction of Chinese intangible cultural heritage dance Succession. Third, it was found that organizational trust had a positive effect on total satisfaction. Conclusion: In order to revitalize the succession of intangible cultural assets, social and administrative support for the inheritors should be provided systematically.
