본 연구에서 다자간 협상게임에 대한 실험경제학적 방법론을 통해서 통일재원의 국제적 배분에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 통일재원의 배분이 단순히 비용을 부담하는 것이 아니라 향후 북한 개발에 대한 이익과 비례하는 것으로 가정하고, 다자간협상게임의 실험을 통해 통일재원배분의 효율성, 공평한 재원배분, 선제적 지원의 효과, 배분안 찬반의 결정요인에 대한 실험경제학적인 답을 제공하고자 한다. 결과적으로 지연(비효율)비용의 차이보다는 통일의 편익의 크기가 효율성제고에 영향을 주고, 재원의 배분이 불공평할 수 있으며, 선제적인 방안 제시가 필요하다는 점을 보여준다. 또한 배분안에 대한 찬반은 대체로 참가자 스스로의 편익의 크기에 영향을 받지만, 배분안의 형식에도 영향을 받을 수 있음을 보여 준다. 본 연구는 실험경제학적 분석의 한계에도 불구하고 여러 분야에서 활용될 가능성도 제시한다.
Abstract
In this study, we analyzed the international distribution of unification finance through experimental economic methods on multilateral negotiation game. In this study, it is assumed that the allocation of unification resources is not simply a cost burden, but is proportional to the future benefits of the North Korean development. This paper provide an experimental economical answers using experiments of the multilateral negotiation game about the efficiency of allocation of unified finance, equitable allocation of resources, effectiveness of preemtive support, and determinants of voting of distribution. As a result, rather than differences in delay(inefficiency) costs, the magnitude of the benefits of unification affects efficiency, the distribution of resources may be unfair, and preemptive measures are needed. It also shows that the voting patterns on allocation are largely influenced by the size of the participants' own benefits, but can also be affected by the type of distribution. This study suggests the possibility of application in various fields despite the limits of experimental economical analysis.
