17~19세기 동춘당 송준길 후손가 소장 한글편지에 나타난 가족의 모습

Abstract

This paper examines the life of family members, focusing on the letters that were sent and received in the 17th to 19th century, based on the relatively large number of remaining data. The relationship between Anjeong Na clan Song Ik-Heum is grandmother and grandson, Kim Ho Yeon Jae and Kim Kyeom-Haeng is aunt and nephew, Hamyang Yeo clan and Song Yo-Hwa is granddaughter-in-law and grandfather-in-law, Cheongpung Kim clan and Song Gye-Rye is daughter-in-law and father-in-law, and Yeonan Lee clan and Yeoheung Min clan is mother-in-law and daughter-in-law. Setting Song Jun-Gil as the basis, the six senders are Anjeong Na clan the granddaughter-in-law of Song Jun-Gil, Kim Ho Yeon Jae the great-granddaughter, Hamyang Yeo clan the granddaughter-in-law of 5th generation, Cheongpung Kim clan the granddaughter-in-law of 7th generation, and Yeonan Lee clan the granddaughter-in-law of 8th generation. Six recipients are Song Ik-heum the current grandchild, Kim Kyeom-Haeng the nephew of great-granddaughter-in-law, Song Yo-Hwa the great grandson, Song Gye-Rye the grandson of 6th generation, Yeoheung Min clan the granddaughter-in-law of 9th generation. The family names are Eunjin Song clan, Anjeong Na clan, Andong Kim clan, Hamyang Yeo clan, Cheongpung Kim clan, Yeonan Lee clan, and Yeoheung Min clan respectively. Complex family culture of various surnames incorporated into the family through marriage can be seen. The characteristics and meaning of Hangul letter are as follows. First, continuous efforts have been made by the descendants for the dignity and renewal of Song Jun-Gil Family. Second, women played dominant role in the family. Third, mother-in-law educated daughter-in-law about the clan. Lastly, there is love and communication between family members.
