전남지역 ‘짱뚱어’ 강어로(江漁撈)문화 고찰 - ‘영산강’과 ‘탐진강’ 사례를 중심으로

Abstract

‘Jjangttung-eo’ is caught in the tidal flat area of the southwestern sea of the Republic of Korea. ‘Jjangttung-eo’ is a local food in the southwest coast of Korea. ‘Jjangttung-eo’ is feeds on the tidal flat where the water is gone.
