경남지역 예술영재교육기관 현황 분석

본 연구는 경남지역 예술영재교육 활성화 및 질 관리를 목적으로 하는 맞춤형 컨설팅 수행을 위한 기초연구이다. 경남지역 예술영재교육 전담인력 31명을 대상으로 예술영재교육기관 운영 실태, 예술영재교육 전담인력의 전문성에 대한 요구, 예술영재교육 전담인력의 연수 및 컨설팅에 대한 요구 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 종합하여 지역의 특색을 고려한 예술영재교육기관 향후 컨설팅 방향을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This is a preliminary study, carried out as a part of a larger project to revitalize the education of artistically gifted children in the Gyeongnam region by providing customized consultation and carrying out quality management. Analysis was conducted with 31 personnel in educational institutions in the Gyeongnam region providing programs for artistically gifted students, and examines the operational aspects of the programs, expectations around the expertise of the personnel, and demands for training as well as the consultation of talented professionals in arts education. Using our findings, we propose a future consulting direction for artistically gifted educational institutions in the Gyeongnam region.
