21세기는 문화의 세기이다. 문화의 중요성과 더불어 무형문화에 대한 관심이 더욱 증대되었다. 이 연구는 한·중 두 나라의 무형문화유산 보유자의 보호제도를 통해 양국 보유자의 보호제도의 특징을 비교·분석하고자 하며 두 나라의 무형문 화유산 보유자 인정제도의 의의와 가치를 규명하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 연 구방법은 한국과 중국의 문화유산 보유자의 관련 제도 및 문서자료를 활용한 인 문과학적 방법을 활용하였다. 중국은 2004년 유네스코의「무형문화유산보호협 약」에 가입하면서부터 비물질문화유산(非物質文化遺產)에 대한 보호를 가속화 했는데 보유자에 대한 효과적인 보호는 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 한편, 한국의 무형문화재 보호 정책은 1962년「문화재보호법」이 제정되면서부터 법적·제도 적 기틀을 마련하여 국가차원에서의 무형문화재에 대한 보호를 실시하여 왔다. 이 연구는 앞으로의 한·중 문화협조체계를 구축하는 데에 많은 도움이 될 것이 며, 두 나라간 미래의 문화예술교류 및 양국 간의 문화를 이해하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다
Abstract
Investigation on the Certification System of Intangible Cultural Heritage Holders in Korea and China Xun-Lan (Zhaoqing University) The 21st century is the century of culture. With the importance of culture, people's attention to intangible culture has further increased. This study compares and analyzes the characteristics and differences of the protection systems of the intangible cultural heritage between the Korea and China through the protection systems of the intangible cultural heritage Holders of South Korea and China, and finds the value and the For the future. In 2004, China joined the UNESCO agreement on the protection of intangible cultural heritage and began to accelerate the protection of intangible cultural heritage, but it has not achieved effective protection for the holders. Meanwhile, Korea's policy for the protection of intangible cultural assets has provided a legal and institutional framework for the protection of intangible cultural assets at the national level since the enactment of the Cultural Properties Protection Act in 1962. This research will help establish a culture cooperation system between Korea and China in the future, and will have a positive effect on understanding culture between the two countries in the future.
