본 연구는 현재 학교 현장에서 이루어지는 역량 교육과정의 실천의 문제에 주목한다. 그 문제를 교사들이 교육과정을 해석하고 구성하는 방식의 차원으로 이해하고, 역량 교 육과정의 의미에 가장 근접해있는 접근으로 Folk pedagogy의 관점에서 수업 실천의 재 구조화 방안에 대해 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 우선 역량 교육과정의 실천에서 교사들이 겪는 어려움, 역량 교육과정이 제대로 실천되 지 못하고 있는 점을 점검한다. 그리고 교사에 의해 실현되는 역량 교육과정을 Folk pedagogy의 차원에서 검토한 후 재구조화 방안에 대해 제시해보았다. 연구 결과, 학생 들의 삶을 풍요롭게 영위해나가기 위한 역량 교육과정의 중심에는 행위 주체인 학생들 의 마음에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 그리고 교사들이 실행하고 있는 교수 양상을 Folk pedagogy의 네 가지 가르침의 모형에 기반한 반성적 실천 과정으로 바라봄으로써 역량 교육과정 실천의 변화를 가져올 수 있다는 점을 밝히고 있다. 이를 통해 학생들의 마음 구성에서 어떻게 학습이 이루어지는지, 무엇이 마음을 성장시키는지에 대한 Folk pedagogy에 관심을 가짐으로써 역량 교육과정을 실행하는 접근법으로 작용할 수 있길 기대해본다.
Abstract
This study understands the practice of competency-based curriculum in the school field as a curriculum in which teachers interpret and compose the curriculum, and is the closest approach to the meaning of the competency-based curriculum from the perspective of folk pedagogy. I would like to explore ways to restructure class practice. To this end, it examines the difficulties experienced by teachers in the practice of the competency curriculum and the fact that the competency curriculum is not properly implemented, and reviews the competency curriculum realized by teachers in terms of daily pedagogy to innovate current classroom practice. Afterwards, a restructuring plan was proposed. As a result of the study, an understanding of the students' minds, the actors, is needed at the center of the competency curriculum to lead students' lives abundantly, and the teaching aspects that teachers are practicing are reflected in the four teachings of folk pedagogy. By looking at it as a reflective practice process based on the model of Through this, it is hoped that paying attention to daily teaching about how students' minds learn and what develops their minds can serve as an approach to implementing a sustainable competency curriculum in the classroom.
