본 연구는 기독교상담에서 과제제시에 대한 이해와 효과적 방안을 다룬 것 이다. 일반상담학에서는 상담 효과의 극대화를 위해서 내담자에게 과제를 제시 하는 경우가 활발히 진행되고 있으나 기독교상담에서는 과제제시에 대하여 아 직까지 활발한 연구가 이루어졌다고 보기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 과제제시의 일반적 개념, 과제제시의 효과, 과제의 분량, 과 제제시 방법(과제의 중요성 인식, 과제의 난이도, 과제확인, 과제이행 결과와 강화, 과제 불이행), 과제제시의 위험성 그리고 과제의 특성으로서 일반적 특 성(일관성, 구체성, 과제의 체계적 부여와 점검, 효율성)과 기독교상담적 특성 (성경의 과제부과, 기도의 과제부과) 등에 대해서 살펴보았다. 기독교상담에서 는 과제에 대한 심도있는 연구가 없으므로 본 연구에서는 일반상담에서 주장 하는 이론과 방법들을 이해하고 그것을 기초로 하여 기독교상담 상황에 맞도 록 응용 및 적용하려는 시도였다. 기독교상담은 기독교라는 상황에서 실시하는 상담이므로 신앙요소들 가운데 기도와 성경읽기 등이 과제로 제시될 수 있음 을 강조했다.
Abstract
This is to clarify the on assignment in Christian counseling. Secular counseling have researched into home work frequently. Christian counseling, however did not dealt with home work enough. Home work is very important resource for effectiveness of counseling to in Christian counseling. Generally, to give an assignment to a client is a method of humanistic psychology and behavioral counseling. In Christian counseling, a counselor ought to give the Bible reading, prayer etc. as a home work to a counselee. This researcher did not study on various sorts of home work. The researcher dealt with notion of home work of counseling, effectiveness, quantity, methods(importance, difficulties, check, result etc.), danger, specific character of Christian counseling.
