기독청년의 성인애착유형이 영적 안녕감에 미치는 영향과 기독교 상담 방안: 기독교 인지행동치료를 중심으로

이 연구는 기독청년의 성인애착유형이 영적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 연구하 였다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도 일부 대학교 및 교회에 출석하는 기독청년 400명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 결측치를 제외한 334명을 최종분 석에 사용하였다. 이 연구결과 기독청년의 성인애착유형은 영적 안녕감과 유의미한 차이 를 보였다. 성인애착유형이 회피애착이거나 불안애착일 경우 영적 안녕감이 낮았고, 기독청년의 교회봉사, 경건훈련에 따른 성인애착유형의 차이를 분석 한 결과 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기독청년 의 교회봉사, 경건훈련에 따라 영적 안녕감에도 유의미한 차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 이 연구결과를 통해 기독청년이 회피애착, 불안애착일 경우 영적 안녕감 에 부적 영향을 미침을 확인하고, 그에 따른 기독교상담 방안을 기독교 인지행동치료를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 따라서 이 연구는 불안정 애착을 경험한 기 독청년이 왜곡된 인지를 변화시킴으로 건강한 영적 안녕감을 가지고 대인관 계 및 하나님과의 관계를 안정적으로 발전시켜 나가도록 도움을 주고자 하였다.
Abstract
This paper is to clarify that effect of Christian adolescents’ adult Attachment on spiritual well being and the Christian counseling Method: centering around Christian cognitive behavioral therapy. The object of research is selected random of 334 adolescents/ collegians from churches and universities located in Seoul and GyeonggiDo. The results of this study were as follows; there were statistically significant differences between spiritual well being and adult attachment. In those Christian adolescents who have avoidance attachment and unstable attachment have low level of spiritual well being. Also, there were statistically significant differences between spiritual well being according to Christian adolescents’ church stewardship, pious discipline and adult attachment. The researchers can find that Christian adolescents’ avoidance attachment and anxiety attachment have an effect on spiritual well being negatively. Accordingly, this research is able to contribute to Christian counseling for Christian adolescents who have unstable attachment. Especially, This paper suggests a Christian counseling method in order to restore spiritual well being and secure attachment with God for Christian adolescents’ cognitive modification.
