이 글은 “2015년 소비자법 연구의 동향”을 정리한 것이다. 이와 같은 주제와 형식에 대한 글은 작년에 이어 두 번째이다. 2015년에 이루어졌던 소비자법에 관한 연구결과들이 곳곳에 흩어져 있어 연구의 큰 흐름을 파악하기 쉽지 않았다. 이에 본고는 2015년의 연구동향을 조감하고 2016년을 전망하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 먼저 2015년에 있었던 소비자법에 관한 주요 학술대회를 개관하고(Ⅱ), 이어서 소비자법의 주요 분야별로 어떤 연구들이 진행되었는지를 알아보았다. 그 주요 분야로는 약관(Ⅲ), 제조물책임(Ⅳ), 개인정보보호(Ⅴ), 금융소비자(Ⅵ), 소비자법 관련 연구보고서 및 서적(Ⅶ)로 나누었으며, 이에 속하지 않는 주제들은 기타(Ⅷ)로 분류하였다. 마지막으로 맺음말에 갈음하여 2016년 소비자사법연구를 전망해 보았다(Ⅸ).
Abstract
This article organizes the trend of consumer law research in 2015. It seems to be the second article in the country of this nature. Until now, the results of consumer law research had been dispersed in various places and therefore were difficult to see in a larger perspective. This paper will contribute to a view of the outlook for 2015 and 2016. The contents of this paper is as follows. First, I provide a general review of the major consumer law symposia held in 2015 (Ⅱ), then examine the research taking place in each major field of consumer law. I classify these fields thusly; Standard terms of contract (Ⅲ), Product liability (Ⅳ), Personal Information Protection (Ⅴ), Financial Consumer (Ⅵ), Literature regarding consumer law (Ⅶ), and Miscellaneous (Ⅷ). Finally I discuss the outlook of consumer law research in 2016 (IX).
