본문은 최근 역동적인 교회 연합 사업을 시행 중에 있는 개혁주의생명신학의 교회 일치 신학을 이론적, 실천적으로 고찰하고있다. 여러 가지로 침체에 놓여 있는 한국교회에 백석 총회를 중심으로 전개되고 있는 교회통합을 본문은 긍정적 평가 속에 분석하고 있다. 본문은 우선 한국교회의 오랜 과제로서 분열 극복의문제를 다루면서 시작한다. 한국교회사 초창기의 협력적인 선교정책의 방향에도 불구하고 교파분열은 교회사를 거쳐 체질화 되어 오늘에 이르렀다. 이와 함께 본문은 교회 일치의 과제가 종교개혁 이후, 특히 개혁교회 전통에 있어서 부써와 칼빈 역시 역점을 두었던 주제였던 사실을 살펴본다. 동시에 세계교회협의회 창립 당시 방향을 제시했던 바르트의 일치의 교회론에 대해서도 살펴본다. 다음으로 개혁주의생명신학이 추구하는 교회일치의 방향을 살펴본다. 전체적으로 본문은 개혁주의생명신학이 추구하는 연합과 일치의 방향이 복음주의 노선을 충실히 하면서, 하나님의 선교 개념을 포괄한 건전한 에큐메니즘의 방향을 취하고 있음을 보여준다. 본문은 개혁주의생명신학의 중요 교리서 및 문서들을 중심으로 연합과 일치를 추구하는 백석 총회의 신학을 분석하고, 그 실행에 대해서 평가하며 일치의 교회를 지향하는 미래지평에 대해 질문하면서 마무리하고 있다.
Abstract
The following study offers a theoretical and practical examination of the Reformed Life Theology of ecumenical unity in the context of recent dynamic church unity initiatives. It analyzes the church unity that is unfolding around the Baekseok denominational general assembly in the Korean church, which is in various ways stagnant, in a positive light. This text begins by addressing the long-standing challenge of overcoming division in the Korean church. Along with this, the text explores the fact that the challenge of church unity has been a focus of M. Bucer and J. Calvin since the Reformation, especially in the Reformed tradition. Simultaneously, this study looks at Barth's ecclesiology, which guided the founding of the World Council of Churches. Next, this study examines the direction of ecumenical unity pursued by Reformed Life Theology. After all, the text explains that the direction of ecumenism pursued by Reformed Life Theology is toward an acceptable ecumenism that is faithful to the evangelical line and encompasses the concept of Missio Dei. Focusing on doctrinal texts and documents of Reformed Life Theology, this paper analyzes the theology of the Baekseok general assembly’s pursuit of unity and concord, evaluates its implementation, and concludes with questions about the future of the church in unity.
