개혁주의생명신학의 정경-실천적 접근법 이해

이 논문의 목적은 포스트모더니즘 시대를 지나는 한국교회에 적합한 신학적 접근법을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 포스 트모더니즘 시대에 대두된 문화-언어적 접근법과 정경-언어적 접 근법을 “신학과 실천의 통합”이라는 측면에서 비판적으로 고찰 할 것이다. 그리고 개혁주의생명신학의 ‘정경-실천적 접근법’이 오늘날 한국교회에서 신학과 실천을 통합적으로 제시하는 효과 적인 신학 유형임을 주장할 것이다. 조지 린드벡이 주장한 문화-언어적 접근법은 교리와 실천의 통 합을 추구한다. 이를 위해 린드벡은 텍스트 내재성과 교리 규칙 이론을 통해 기독교 교리를 특정 공동체의 가르침으로 재정의한다. 린드벡은 이렇게 교리를 규칙 이론으로 간주할 때 공동체의 삶과 언어에 집중할 수 있다고 이해한다. 케빈 밴후저는 문화-언어적 접근법의 장점을 수용하고 단점을 보완하며 정경-언어적 접근법을 제시한다. 화행론을 통해 성경의 권위를 확보하고, 드라마 비유를 통해 교회의 실천을 강조한다. 정경-언어적 접근법은 성경 권위를 다시 강조할 수 있다는 장점 이 있지만, 교회 실천을 위한 또 다른 이론적 고찰이 필요해지는 구조적 한계를 지닌다. 또한 드라마 비유가 교회 내에서 적용 가 능한지에 대해서도 비판적 견해가 있다. 개혁주의생명신학은 ‘5대 솔라’와 ‘7대 실천운동’을 통해 성경 권위와 실천을 통합적으로 잘 제시하고 있다. 이 논문은 이러한 특성을 정경-실천적 접근법으로 규정한다. 5대 솔라는 성경의 권 위를 재천명하면서 성경에서 도출된 신학 원리들을 제시한다. 7 대 실천운동은 교회가 성경의 권위에 대해 즉각적으로 반응할 수 있는 실천 원리들을 제시한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present a theological approach suitable for the Korean church that passes through the post- modernist era. To this end, we will first critically examine the cultural-linguistic and canonical-linguistic approaches that emerged in the postmodernist era in terms of “integration of the- ology and practice.” In addition, it will be argued that a canon- ical-practical approach of the Reformed Life Theology is an ef- fective type of theology that integrates theology and practice in Korean churches today. George Lindbeck’s cultural-linguistic approach seeks to in- tegrate doctrine and practice. To this end, Lindbeck redefines Christian doctrine as the teachings of a particular community through intratextuality and doctrinal rule theory. Lindbeck under- stands that when considering doctrine as a rule theory in this way, one can focus on the life and language of the community. Kevin Vanhoozer embraces the advantages of the cultural-lin guistic approach, supplements the disadvantages, and presents the canonical-linguistic approach. It secures the authority of the Bible through the speech act theory and emphasizes the practice of the church through drama metaphors. The canonical-linguistic approach has the advantage of re-emphasizing biblical authority, but it has structural limitations that requires another theoretical consideration for church practice. There is also a critical view on whether drama metaphors can be applied within the church. Reformed Life Theology presents the biblical authority and practice well in an integrated manner through the Five Solas and the Seven Practical Movements. This paper defines these charac- teristics as a canonical-practical approach. The Five Solars re-ex- plains the authority of the Bible and presents the theological principles derived from the Bible. The Seven Practical Movements present practical principles that allow the church to immediately respond to the authority of the Bible.
