전통교육 관련 단기 교육프로그램 사례분석 및 개선에 관한 연구

Abstract

The short-term education program related to traditional education that this study seeks to note is a traditional education program established by other relevant institutions, except for the regular curriculum of primary and secondary schools, which is typically programs opened by local education offices, as well as institutions directly under the municipal and provincial education offices across the country, as well as Hyanggyo and Seowon. Unlike the program operation of regular educational institutions, education programs in these institutions can be somewhat free from restrictions on curriculum and time-keeping operations, and they have the advantage of being able to design and operate more active education programs in the use of diverse cultural assets and spaces, as well as in the use of professional faculty. In particular, education programs conducted by institutions related to traditional education, such as Hyanggyo and Seowon, tend to focus more on the contents of traditional education, and educational conditions using expert personnel and cultural assets are also factors that can enhance the effectiveness of traditional education. Therefore, this study examines and analyzes the operating cases of short-term education programs related to traditional education operated in Hyanggyo and Seowon. By doing so, we will explore the current problems of these education programs and their improvement plans in terms of personality education and also present some educational practices that are useful in organizing short-term education programs.
