대학생의 직업성격유형이 창업의지 및 직업가치에 미치는 영향

창업은 개인적 관점에서 보면 개인적인 부를 창출하기 위한 활동이고 사회적으로는 일자리 창출을 통한 경제활동 인구를 증가시키고 실업문제를 해결할 수 있는 중요한 활동이다. 창업은 성장과 고용간의 선순환 구조의 매개체 역할을 수행하고 경제의 안정․지속성장 토대를 제공하며 사회적 문제 해소에 기여할 수 있는 최선책일 수 있다 . 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학생들의 직업성격유형에 따라서 직업의식과 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 금번 연구의 회귀 분석 결과 직업성격유형은 창업의지에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 각각 창업의지에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 또한 직업성격유형은 직업가치에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 직업가치는 창업의지에 긍정적인 정(+)의 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 다만, 직업가치요인별로 창업의지에 미치는 관계를 살펴 본 결과 자아실현, 안전성, 권력, 독립성, 사회봉사, 지도성 항목이 보다 더 창업의지와 유의적인 관계가 확인하였다. 따라서 대학생 창업의 성공률을 향상시키기 위해서는 성격유형별로 적합한 창업아이템 선정과 선택적 창업 교육방안을 수립하고 적절한 시기에 창업을 접할 수 있는 기회를 제공해야만 한다.
Abstract
Jab creation is foundation for wealth creation of the individual personal and important social activities that can solve the problem through increased economic activity and decreased population of unemployment. Jab creation contributes to the best way to solve social problems by acting as mediator of economic stability by establishment to a virtuous cycle between growth and employment and providing the foundation for sustainable growth. In this study, the factors affect on entrepreneurship and professional values were studied on the vocational personality types of student. As a result of this study, Vocational personality types positive commitment to the entrepreneurship. Realistic, exploratory, artistic, social, persuasive and customary factors also positive commitment the entrepreneurship. Vocational personality types positive commitment to the professional values. Professional values positive commitment to the entrepreneurship. However, the professional value factors which are self-actualization, safety, power, independence, community service and leadership depend on entrepreneurship. Therefore, in order to improve the success rate of student start ups, the appropriate selection of optional items of start ups and entrepreneurship education at the right time to establish a business plan by the type of vocational personality types and should provide the opportunity to encounter.
