대학생의 취업의지와 창업의지에 대한 인식차이 연구

본 연구는 대학생의 취업의지와 창업의지에 영향을 주는 요인의 영향관계를 검정하고 취업의지와 창업의지에 영향을 주는 요인을 중심으로 유형에 따라 세분화하여 유형별로 직업선택시기의 차이를 연구하고 대학생 유형별로 취업의지와 창업의지의 유형별 차이를 연구하고자 한다. 또한, 유형별로 취업의지와 창업의지에 대한 인식의 차이를 검정하여 대학생의 유형에 맞는 역량강화교육 및 교육지원서비스를 제공하는데 이해를 돕고자 한다. 대학생의 취업의지와 창업의지에 영향을 주는 영향요인 분석을 통하여 우리 학생들에게 미래의 인재로 성장할 수 있도록 체계적이고 효과적인 취·창업 모델 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제시함에 있다. 그리고 취업의지 뿐만 아니라 대학생의 창업의지를 확인함으로서, 취·창업의지력 향상에 필요하고 취·창업이 활성화되고 교육역량강화를 위한 대학의 교육지원서비스와 생활환경조성에 시사점을 제안하고자 한다.
Abstract
