Abstract

This article attempts to justify the republic in a non‒violent perspective, and shows that human rights are linked to the problem of political sovereignty, so that the core of that right can not be represented solely by individual human requests for subjective rights. Human rights should be raised as 'political' as a basis for envisioning a political entity other than a natural law or a social contract. At the same time, we want to make sure that the foundation of human rights is not in individuals but in society. In this article, the process of development of human rights inevitably involves the aspect of the relationship between the state and the society that form the political body, and accordingly, the process of development of modern human rights is divided into the content, scope, and relationship of liberty, It was seen that it was surrounded. The rights of individuals are acquired, expanded and deepened in the political process. Therefore, it has been argued that human rights should be understood as a process of successive expansion parallel to other rights by the gradual expansion and deepening of human rights in republicanism, since it is hard to faithfully fulfill in the political system represented or represented by someone. Therefore, in Korea, the politics of human rights and republicanism are the product of the political process, not the product of pre‒political power politics. In other words, what kind of political community is needed to be raised as a matter of reconfiguration of the relationship between individual, society and state from a wider perspective. The expansion of such rights is 'political' in the sense that it is a struggle for the power that bounds the domain of rights and privileges the limited domain, and furthermore, it is the direction that the individual's actions are connected and the way they are related, Is a 'political' act.
