본 연구는 ‘2009년 대한민국 훌륭한 일터상’을 수상한 한미파슨스사를 대상으로 GWP의 도입사례와 기업문화 사례를 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 도입 초기에 놓여 있는 GWP 기업문화를 통해 구성원들이 실제 이용하는 제도에 대해 살펴보고, 구성원이 주인이라는 관점으로 가족친화경영에 관한 제도를바라보았다는데 의의가 있다. 일하기 훌륭한 일터는 인본주의에 따른 신뢰를 바탕으로 이루어지는 것으로, GWP 조직문화는 사람과 사람 사이에서 발생하는 문제를 가장 우선시하고 있다. 조직문화는 정부나기업의 제도 뿐 아니라 최고경영자의 의지 표명과 지속적인 관심과 지원을 통해서 가능하다는 것이 본연구 결과가 시사하는 바이다.
Abstract
The authors analyzed cases of Hanmi Parsons, the firm selected to be the Best Family Friendly Management by the Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs in 2009, on status of promoting corporate culture of the Great Work Place, and to investigate factors with which specific factors of a business can be understood and analyzed to enhance effectiveness of the institution. The results of this study are significant in that the institution that the members actually used through the GWP corporate culture newly introduced and in that institutions on family friendly management were seen from the perspective that the members were the owners. In addition to institutions of government or businesses, certain expression of will and continuous interest and support of the CEO was the factor with which family friendly management can be realized.
